Lenders are starting to offer conventional loans to 95% loan to value. These loans have the following restrictions.
1. Fico Score must be 720
2. Debt to income ratios need to be below 41
This great news for the people who have great credit and make good income.
Dont worry if you dont meet the income requirements above you still can qualify for a FHA loan.
FHA guidelines are
1. Fico scores must be 620 ( exceptions down to 580)
2. Debt to income ratios below 45 (exceptions to 55)
